Job Description
Hope Services is seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee our various programs that cater to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires not only a deep understanding of nonprofit operational management but also a passionate commitment to our mission of enhancing life quality through supportive services. As a Manager, you will be pivotal in leading our initiatives, ranging from job training and therapy to assisted living support for our community members across all age groups. You will be responsible for ensuring program effectiveness and managing our passionate team towards achieving our service goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of various service programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs Lead and manage a team of coordinators and support staff, providing training, evaluation, and guidance Develop, implement, and evaluate program initiatives and strategies Ensure compliance with all governmental and funding requirements for program operations Engage with community stakeholders and participate in outreach activities Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively, aiming for sustainability and growth Monitor and report on program outcomes to senior management and external partners Required Skills Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation Ability to work collaboratively and foster a team-oriented environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines in the field of developmental disabilities services
