Creativity, Passion, Positivity, Vision View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications The Baldwin Park Unified School District is seeking an Assistant Director of Support Services who will assist the Senior Director of Support Services or other Director in the Student Achievement Division with the administration and coordination of the District's Support Services programs and services, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and codes; and ensures a full continuum of appropriate educational programs and services (see job description for full details).
REQUIREMENTS
- Four (4) years of credentialed (teaching, counseling, administrative, etc.) experience in TK through 12 grade.
- Masters' Degree from an accredited university or college
- A valid California Administrative Credential (or credentials) covering TK through 12th grade.
- Must possess a valid California Driver's License, have an acceptable driving record, and qualify for insurability; availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites is required.
PREFERENCES
- Experience in monitoring and managing program budgets and expenditures.
- Experience coordinating and supporting mandated testing programs.
- Experience in establishing positive and effective relationships with parents, families, students, staff, and community partners.
- Experience communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience analyzing data and using information to support program improvement and student achievement. The following MUST be submitted with application:
