Job Description

Job Summary The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of programs and services offered by the center. This leadership role requires a strong focus on program development, relationship management, time management, attention to details to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills and experience in social work, with a passion for enhancing the lives of those served. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of programs and services offered by the center. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability. Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community organizations, and funding agencies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to program operations. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address behavioral health needs effectively. Provide training and support to staff on best practices in program management and service delivery. Qualifications At least 5 years experience as
ADHC/CBAS
Program Director. Proven experience in program development and management within the social services sector. Strong administrative skills. Attention to details. Time management. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively. Experience supervising staff and fostering a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences. Commitment to promoting positive outcomes for individuals served through innovative programming and support services.
