The Site Director oversees daily program management, staff supervision, family communication, and regulatory compliance. This role manages enrollment, budgets, and safety standards while fostering an inclusive, nurturing culture aligned with KinderCare's mission. The Site Director mentors teachers, supports curriculum implementation, and builds strong school and community partnerships, creating an engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment where children can thrive and staff can grow professionally.
