As Area Director, you'll lead and shape the success of two Behavioral Day Programs in Sonoma County, California (Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa) focused on delivering exceptional care and services across the region. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll partner closely with supervisors and operational leaders to build strong teams, drive performance, and create a culture centered on quality, accountability, and person-centered support. This role is ideal for an experienced, executive-level leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is energized by balancing operational leadership, team development, and strategic growth.

Great Fit:
Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field required (Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Allied Health, Educational Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field)Master's degree is preferred5 years of management experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in human services supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health needsDemonstrated financial management and budgeting experienceStrong working knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations, including Title 17 and Title 22Strong preference given to candidates with experience in Adult Day Programs, knowledge of California regulatory compliance and licensing standards, and experience partnering with California Regional Centers to coordinate servicesAdditional InformationWe believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
