Non-Exempt Under the supervision of the Director of Administrative Support, the Administrative Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Symba Center's Leadership Team and organizational programs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient coordination of administrative functions, organizational initiatives, and day-to-day office operations. The Administrative Specialist manages a variety of priorities, maintains accurate records and documentation, coordinates communications and projects, and supports organizational effectiveness across departments. High school diploma or equivalent is required . A Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred . At least three years of administrative support experience is required .Benefits
