Job Description:
Administrative Trainee State of Connecticut Judicial Branch Glastonbury The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking an Administrative Trainee to support the efforts the Judicial Branch is making to comply with both the Consolidated Appropriations ACT (CAA) and Justice Involved Waiver (JI). This position we will assist in all aspects of planning, implementation, and ongoing support of the projects. Key responsibilities may include quality assurance, this will include case notes documentation, coordinating with the Random Moment in Time Study, and staff training. The role may also involve evaluating the implemented policies and procedures developed to comply with the CAA and JI waiver, as well as tracking and monitoring program fee collection, reconciling with contractual amounts, requesting, and receiving reimbursement information, etc. Additional duties will be determined as the two projects evolve over time and will be discipline specific.
Salary Range:
$68,222 - 87,926/year plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
A Bachelor's or a Master's degree.•
Note:
Incumbents with a Master's degree may be hired at step 2 of the pay group.
