In this pivotal position, you will oversee the development, operation, and strategic growth of housing programs tailored to meet the needs of elderly individuals and those with disabilities. Your energetic leadership will foster a supportive community environment, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and services while maintaining operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a dedicated team committed to dignity, independence, and quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement programs that support elderly and disabled residents' housing needs, emphasizing independence and community integration. Manage day-to-day operations of housing facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies. Supervise staff members across multiple departments, fostering a positive work environment through effective management, coaching, and professional development. Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, community partners, healthcare providers, and funding agencies to enhance service delivery and program sustainability. Oversee program development initiatives that expand housing options, improve resident services, and incorporate behavioral health support where needed. Develop and manage budgets efficiently, ensuring financial stability while maintaining high-quality resident care and facility maintenance. Lead efforts in program evaluation and continuous improvement to meet evolving community needs and organizational goals. Experience Proven management experience in housing programs or social services related to elderly or disabled populations. Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and evaluation within a nonprofit or government setting. Supervising experience with teams responsible for social work, behavioral health services, or related fields. Strong background in relationship management with diverse stakeholders including residents, families, community organizations, and government agencies. Extensive administrative experience involving budgeting, compliance oversight, and program management. Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is highly desirable.
