This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient vehicle repairs, and seamless communication between clients and the dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics, dealership management, and client relations, with a passion for delivering top-tier service experiences. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of client service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with technicians, mechanics, and parts departments to facilitate efficient vehicle repairs, including diagnostics, transmissions, oil changes, alignments, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, brake repairs, and collision repairs. Utilize estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools to prepare accurate repair estimates and communicate effectively with clients about repair procedures and costs. Upsell additional services such as vehicle maintenance packages or repair enhancements to maximize dealership revenue while meeting customer needs. Oversee service writing processes, ensuring clear documentation of work performed and client communication throughout the repair cycle. Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, including cash handling procedures and invoicing accuracy. Lead training initiatives for staff on automotive diagnostics, estimating software, customer service excellence, and technical repair procedures to ensure team proficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in dealership management or automotive service leadership with a focus on foreign or international clients. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, repairs (including transmissions, oil changes, alignments), and collision repair. Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to clients from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated ability in upselling services while maintaining integrity and client trust. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicles confidently.
