Job Description

Description Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 11 states. We are now hiring a strategic leader to serve as the Director of Supported Employment & Community Services for Council Bluffs, IA. The Director of Supported Employment & Community Services reports to the State Director and provides leadership and oversight for the organization's Traditional Supported Employment and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) programs. This role supports youth and adults with significant disabilities in achieving competitive integrated employment through high-quality, person-centered services. The Director ensures program excellence, regulatory compliance, strong community partnerships, and positive employment outcomes.
Starting Salary:
$55,000 Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee Supported Employment and Pre-ETS programs. Supervise, coach, and develop employment services staff. Ensure compliance with program standards, documentation, and reporting requirements. Build partnerships with employers, schools, Vocational Rehabilitation, and community agencies. Monitor program performance, budgets, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Support strategic planning and program growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Business, Education, or a related field preferred Sales/ marketing or community outreach experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
