Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a certified Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to fulfill the mandatory Program Director role for our upcoming Bureau of Disabilities Services (BDS) provider application.Please note:
As our executive management handles multi-state administrative setups, the entire onboarding, interviewing, and contract process will be conducted exclusively via written communication (LinkedIn Messages and Email). Phase 1 (Immediate / Application Phase): Provide your professional credentials (updated resume, copy of Bachelor's diploma, and official college transcripts) to be included in our formal BDS Provider Application PDF (Item 3.e.3) Sign a formal Contingent Employment Agreement or Independent Contractor Agreement .Compensation:
A guaranteed flat-fee retainer bonus will be paid upon successful submission of the application package to the state. Phase 2 (Post-Approval / Operational Phase): Transition into a flexible part-time or hourly consultant role once the IndianaDDRS/BDS
grants provisional provider approval. Oversee individual support plans, ensure state regulatory compliance, and participate in the mandatory BDS Leadership Training Series alongside the owner.Required Qualifications:
Must strictly meet Indiana's criteria for a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) .Education:
A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a closely related field is mandatory (State requirement)Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of active, direct experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Indiana. Willingness to clear mandatory federal, state, and county fingerprint-based background checks. How toApply:
