Job Description
Paladin seeks a Program Manager for RHS in LaPorte County to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across professional, scientific, and technical services. You will own end-to-end program planning and execution, align cross-functional teams, and manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role coordinates with local partners and clients in LaPorte County, uses data to track outcomes, and drives continuous improvement. You'll mentor project teams, support proposal development, and represent Paladin's collaborative, innovative culture while enabling measurable client and community impact. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee RHS programs in La Porte County from initiation through completion. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to meet program objectives. Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and report on program outcomes to leadership and clients. Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with standards and contracts. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates with clients and county partners. Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies across programs. Support proposal development, scoping, and estimation for new RHS engagements. Mentor and guide project teams to ensure alignment with Paladin's best practices and quality expectations. Represent Paladin's collaborative, inclusive culture in all client and community interactions.
