Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of Rauch, Inc.'s Children Services Program, including service delivery for children and families, camp and enrichment coordination, contracted staff oversight, employee supervision, quality assurance, and compliance with licensing, funding, and agency requirements. Ensure all program areas operate safely, effectively, and in alignment with the agency's Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Ethics. Rauch's Children's Services programming includes services for children with disabilities and seasonal camp programming, which supports the context for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure program practices align with child development, trauma-informed care, and family-centered support. Conduct intake interviews with families, review goals, and maintain ongoing communication to support quality service delivery. Monitor participant progress and collaborate with staff to adjust supports as needed. Coordinate daily operations of program sites and services. Maintain accurate statistical and program data required by funding sources and agency policies. Provide backup support staff as needed and use crisis intervention skills when appropriate. Organize camper intake, confirm documentation and assessments, and collaborate with case managers, behavioral therapists, and families to develop individualized support plans. Coordinate staff training and pre-camp orientations; lead check-in meetings with teachers and staff to monitor progress and address concerns. Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate program staff. Oversee contracted employees, track availability, and serve as a consistent contact to resolve daily issues and support retention. Gather input from children and families to inform program development. Ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, funding, and agency regulations. Support strategic planning, outcome measurement, contractor file maintenance, and provider compliance monitoring. Track program openings, referrals, attendance, utilization, and satisfaction data for improvement and growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with contracted staff and/or program coordination preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and community partners.

Certifications & Training Requirements:
Maintain a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance. Maintain reliable transportation to support children and program needs. Acquire and maintain CPR, First Aid, and Blood-borne Pathogens certification. Acquire and maintain CRT (Certified Restraint Training).
