Senior Program Director

The Hampshire Regional YMCA is looking to fill an important role on our senior management team! The Y is a dynamic environment serving a wide variety of demographics, creating opportunities for all to learn, grow, and thrive, regardless of age, income, or background. The Senior Program Director will help steer the success of our YMCA, and the ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the YMCA's mission and values, as well as a strong customer service background.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in recreation, business, management, human services, or related field Five years experience in a field related to Aquatics and/or Membership Five years management experience required, preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit Current lifeguard certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire
