Job Description

Experienced leader to manage Day Programs and Supported Employment. Support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be independent, self-confident, and valued members of the community. Supervise Habilitation Supervisors and Supported Employment Coordinator. Ensure the highest level of community supports for the people we serve. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; promote a positive work environment and staff morale. Develop operating budget and allocate resources to carry out programs and activities. Ensure individual's needs are continually met and they are supported in positive ways conducive to their safety, comfort, emotional needs, well-being, respect, dignity, independence, individual choice, and happiness. As a member of the executive management team, work collaboratively with the Executive Director and peers for the best interest of the entire organization and mission. Full-time 40-hour position. ​
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a combination of relevant experience and education. Strong background in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of 4 years of management and supervision experience. Community Living Association provides equal opportunity in employment
