VP/Director of Finance

Description We are looking for an experienced finance leader to guide strategic planning, oversee core accounting operations, and strengthen the organization's overall financial performance. This role is ideal for someone who can balance high-level financial direction with hands-on oversight of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities. The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership to support sound decision-making, improve financial visibility, and maintain disciplined fiscal management across the business. • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including ownership of budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Demonstrated expertise in annual budget development, financial forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting requirements, internal controls, and compliance within a multi-entity environment.
• Experience leading treasury activities such as liquidity planning, banking relationships, and cash flow forecasting.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial information into practical recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Background managing inventory costing, cost analysis, or related operational finance functions is highly valued.
• Track record of leading, mentoring, and developing finance teams in a dynamic business setting.
