Your Role at Sana Lake Sana Lake seeks a Group Facilitator who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover! The Group Facilitator is responsible for providing therapy in a group setting as directed by the Program Director. These services may include individual and co-occurring therapy, group counseling, group education, family therapy, or trauma counseling. The Group Facilitator may conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments and develop a diagnosis from the information gathered in the assessment. We would love to learn more about you if you have: A Master's Degree in social work, professional counseling, psychology, or related human services field or a Master's Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in group education Previous work with dual diagnosis Sana Lake People First Philosophy Our staff are our number one differentiator!
