Job Description
Accreditation Coordinator
DESCRIPTION.
Performs a variety of interdisciplinary assignments that support the department's organizational improvement efforts, including coordinating accreditation readiness, quality improvement (QI), performance management (PM), strategic planning, and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) implementation. Coordinates organizational processes, meetings, documentation, progress tracking, and reporting; maintains accreditation readiness and organizational records. This position allows hybrid work schedule if eligible.QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health related field or health management required.
- Two years related public health experience preferred.
- Experience with performance management, public health accreditation, quality improvement, strategic planning, and community health improvement planning preferred.
