Job Description

Company Overview HopeWorks is a dedicated non-profit social service agency committed to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Employing approximately 120 staff members, HopeWorks provides essential services including shelter, outreach, behavioral health support, job development, and housing assistance to over 7,000 clients annually
OVERVIEW
Linkages Program Manager is responsible for overseeing direct housing services and case management services to clients in Linkages Housing Program.
REPORTS TO
Outreach/Housing/Hope Village/ACT Director
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of Linkages SSA Team and services. 2. Maintain and Submit appropriate documentation for invoicing as required. 3. Assist in scheduling and completing
HQS/NSPIRE
insepctions 4. Work with SSA Staff to identify and obtain required documentation and ensure SSA files are complete. 5. Attend and coordinate weekly meetings between SSA and Housing Authority. 6. Maintain SSA Files and all Linkages paperwork according to HCA specifications. 7. Maintain Linkages waitlist for HopeWorks. Ensure applications are completed and maintained.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Carry out all duties in a manner that is consistent with Hope Works mission, vision, values, and policies. 2. Greet and assist clients entering housing office as needed. 3. Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS 1.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or related fields 2. At least one year of experience working with SMI populations or within a human services field. Relevant education may be substituted for a portion of experience requirements at the discretion of the CEO and/or Human Resources. 3. Experience with HUD/Tenant/Property Management a plus. 4. Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire. 5. Must be willing to be trained in
AWARDS. 6.
Must be willing to attend HQS training when available.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 1.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with SMI population displaying a high degree of sensitivity to their unique needs. 2. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with a wide variety of people, including clients, staff, colleagues, vendors and individuals throughout the community. 3. Must have great communication skills, both oral and written. 4. Willingness and demonstrated ability to adhere to Hope Works mission, vision, and values in carrying out all facets of job responsibilities. 5. Strong organizational skills 6. Effective time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and to meet multiple deadlines. Must be detail oriented. 7. Ability to work independently displaying good judgment and problem-solving skills. 8. Good computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and the agency's electronic medical record system. 9. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a good driving record, and be insurable by agency's insurance carrier. 10. Bilingual helpful. 11. Must have great attitude
Pay:
$25.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
