  • Support Services , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Collaborate with the Housing Office Leadership Team, Site Managers, and program leadership to implement emergency response procedures and ensure continuity of operations.
Develop, implement, and evaluate resident services and support programs that align with the CCHO's mission, resident needs, and funding requirements. Oversee case management operations by providing training, technical assistance, case file reviews, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with CCHO policies, grant requirements, and regulatory standards. Monitor and audit the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation of services. Facilitate case conferences and provide guidance to staff in resolving complex client situations and coordinating services with community providers. Conduct routine site visits and audits of tenant case records to ensure quality service delivery and regulatory compliance. Program Director

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field 3
