This role is responsible for program operations, staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery for individuals with barriers to employment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about workforce development, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to empowering individuals to achieve employment success. Sign on bonus may apply Key Responsibilities Maintain a manageable caseload to support program needs and model best practices in service delivery Ensure full compliance with ACCES-VR, OPWDD, and all applicable regulatory and agency requirements Oversee program operations including documentation, reporting, referrals, and service flow Monitor budgets, billing procedures, and Medicaid/contract compliance requirements Supervise, coach, and support program staff, including performance management Facilitate regular team meetings and promote ongoing staff development Build and maintain strong relationships with
ACCES-VR
teams, OPWDD providers, and community partners Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment for staff and participants Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and high-quality customer service Support agency initiatives and perform additional duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Minimum of 3 years experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience Valid, clean New York State Driver's License Reliable personal transportation
