Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead operations in a home infusion setting. This role requires a dynamic professional who can oversee all aspects of pharmacy management, ensuring safe, effective home-based intravenous therapies, and fostering a high-performing team.
Location:
Grove City, OH Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with schedule flexibility and administrative on-call duties
Start Date:
ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Ensure strict compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding guidelines Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies, collaborating closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient care Drive branch profitability through budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvements
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Ohio pharmacist license 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience, preferably in home infusion or acute care pharmacy Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation requirements Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing pharmacy staff, including training and orientation Proficiency with CPR+ and CareTend systems is highly preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pharmacy manager seeking a leadership role focused on home infusion therapies.
