Yellowstone Landscape, a leading commercial landscaping contractor, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily landscape construction operations. In this role, you will plan and coordinate crews, equipment, and materials for commercial, HOA, and municipal projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. You'll supervise and train field teams, enforce safety protocols, monitor costs, and collaborate with project managers and clients. This is a hands-on, outdoor leadership role with strong growth potential in construction and landscape management. Responsibilities Oversee daily landscape construction production for commercial projects, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and budgets are met. Plan crew assignments, equipment usage, and material needs to maximize job-site efficiency and safety. Supervise, train, and coach field crews, promoting a safety-first, team-oriented culture. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to clarify scopes, resolve issues, and meet deadlines. Inspect job sites regularly to ensure workmanship, site cleanliness, and compliance with plans and specifications. Monitor project costs, track labor and materials, and report progress to management. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations. Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for crew members. Maintain equipment readiness by scheduling routine inspections and reporting repair needs. Drive continuous improvement in field processes, quality, and customer satisfaction.
