Assistant Director, I/DD Outcomes Specialist Full Time, Monday - Friday (standard business hours) KenCrest Services is seeking an Assistant Director to support our team of Outcomes Specialists, who serve as reliable, compassionate companions to our consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Our Outcomes Specialists work directly with our consumers to spend quality time, assist with activities of daily living, implement reasonable daily goals, as well as encourage social involvement and community participation. As the Assistant Director , you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Outcomes Specialists within a designated territory. The Assistant Director will support the team and their consumers at all levels, uphold program and organizational standards of practice and care delivery, maintain oversight of consumer caseloads, and provide high level management to the Program. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services (or related field) Minimum 5 years' professional experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities Minimum 3-5 years' supervisory/management experience Experience working with ODP regulations, preferred (training available) IND123

Annual Pay:

$55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
