Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
Experience with expanding and cultivating thought leaders and using market intelligence to inform strategy.

Lead operations across multiple education centers
Manage budgets, P&L, and staffing
Drive performance, quality, and program growth
Coach and develop leadership teams
Ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards
Build strong community and stakeholder partnerships
What You Bring:
Leadership experience in education, special education, or behavioral health
Experience managing multi-site programs and budgets
