Job Description
Position Summary:
The Program Director provides strategic direction and operational management of our In-Home Program and Children's Services (including Early Intervention), ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that comply with all federal, state, county, accreditation, and funding source requirements. The role owns program operations, budgeting, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, staff development, and community partnerships. Reports to the Executive Director; supervises the In-Home Program Manager and Children's Services management staff.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree of equivalent experience in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.Experience:
Minimum five years of experience human services, healthcare, behavioral health, or home and community-based services, with Adult Home Care experience strongly preferred (Early Interventionexperience acceptable). Minimum seven years of progressive supervisory experience. Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams. Experience managing multiple programs/interdisciplinary teams, budgeting, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.Intervention/MAWA knowledge a plus. Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered. Knowledge of Adult Home Care/HCBS and OLTL regulations strongly preferred; Early Intervention/MAWA knowledge a plus.
