Lead operations across multiple education centers Manage budgets, P&L, and staffing Drive performance, quality, and program growth Coach and develop leadership teams Ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards Build strong community and stakeholder partnerships

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Master's Degree required Special Education Experience required Displays a clear understanding of the industry and makes data-driven decisions to optimize and improve service delivery. Experience in proposal writing, budget management, and contract compliance. Experience in building and sustaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations and funders. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity Experience with expanding and cultivating thought leaders and using market intelligence to inform strategy. Ability to navigate organizational change, lead change initiatives, and engage staff in the change process to promote buy-in, resilience, and adaptability in response to internal and external changes.
