AREA MANAGER

Our programs deliver hands-on enrichment activities, homework support, active play, social-emotional learning, and more- all guided by a mission to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind. As an Area Manager, you'll oversee multiple school-based enrichment programs

Pay Rate:
$65,000- 70,000 annually (based on education and experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, salaried; hybrid- regular travel across your assigned sites required
Location:
Milltown, NJ and surrounding areas What You'll Do Oversee curriculum implementation and program quality across all assigned sites, ensuring consistency with RAS standards Maintain direct profit & loss responsibility for your portfolio of programs, driving efficiency and cost management Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies to grow enrollment and community awareness of RAS programs Ensure all assigned sites maintain compliance with state-specific licensing and regulatory requirements Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures across sites to drive consistent program quality Build and maintain collaborative relationships with school administrators, parent-teacher organizations, and community partners Hire, lead, coach, and develop your team of Educators and Program Managers, holding them accountable to performance and quality standardsWhat You'll Gain Current RAS Program Managers:
