This role requires experience in affordable housing and resident services, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities Oversee, manage, and provide day-to-day leadership to Service Coordinators across Cortex Residential's affordable housing portfolio. Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate Service Coordinators to ensure consistent and effective delivery of resident services. Ensure Service Coordinators maintain regular engagement with residents and appropriately identify resident needs and connect residents with available community resources and supportive services. Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and other community partners. Oversee resident programs and initiatives focused on health and wellness, benefits access, food security, transportation, financial literacy, social engagement, aging in place, and other identified resident needs. Ensure Service Coordinators maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident interactions, referrals, programming, and outcomes.
