Where You'll Work This is a field-based position in Kansas City, MO, ideally based in Kansas City, MO, also covering Kansas City, Missouri, Oklahoma, Eastern Kansas and Eastern Nebraska. Who You Are 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required. Rare disease experience is highly preferred. BS/BA Required, MBA Preferred but not required Product/indication launch experience : Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications into highly competitive and/or new markets Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem- solving skills Ability to prioritize and execute on plan Proven leadership skills with a history of holding oneself to a high level of accountability Ability to influence without authority, internally as well as externally Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent skills in using remote technology and AI to engage with customers and analyze business opportunities.
