Job Description

County Director - Henry County Join the Exchange Club - Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a passionate, results-driven County Director to lead our efforts from our Paris, TN office.
Why This Role Matters:
As County Director, you'll be at the heart of our mission—providing support to families in preventing and dealing with child abuse in West Tennessee. Your leadership will directly impact programs that prevent child abuse and help both parents and children meet the practical needs of preserving and improving the quality of family life.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field. Applicants currently enrolled in a related master's program encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Proven supervisory skills required; nonprofit experience is a plus.
Leadership:
Ability to inspire teams, foster partnerships, and drive organizational success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners to expand our reach and impact. Lead and mentor staff to deliver high-quality services and programs. Oversee administrative operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
