Mesquite, TX Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Customer relationship building In-person customer service Productivity software Full Job Description Churchill Residential is looking for an Assistant Community Director for Evergreen at Mesquite, a 200-unit senior living community. This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing outrageous customer service every day. Responsible for meeting all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs. Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects and professionally presenting features and benefits of the community. Prepare and maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Also, responsible for proofreading and organizing all lease paperwork as well as the on-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents. Two year's working experience in a residential property. Tax Credit experience preferred.
