Up to $80,750 annualized, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

• Cover Letter is preferred Job Details Job Summary The Associate Director provides advanced leadership, development and direction for the fiscal administration of assigned area/s. This position is responsible for the oversight, efficiency, effectiveness and compliance of the fiscal operations to include complex, multiple departments and multiple funding sources. Core Responsibilities Manages and oversees the fiscal operations of multiple departments, ensuring that a system of controls is in place that complies with State, System and Institutional policies and procedures regarding fiscal management. Analyzes budgets and financial documentation. Works with departments to optimize budgets and use of funds. Develops financial forecasts, multi-year budget projections, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. Reviews funding sources, account expenditures, and reported use of funds to ensure compliance with restrictions, regulations policies and procedures. Compiles data and prepares reports for accounting and fiscal management purposes. Responds to requests for reports from internal and external customers. Partners with the College Business Service Center and academic departments to develop efficient workflows, standardize business processes, resolve complex fiscal issues, and enhance service delivery. Provides communication, training, guidance and informational materials to staff regarding budget management, reporting and reconciliation methods. Develops tools and reference materials for staff. Oversees faculty startup funding, monitors expenditures, ensures compliance with funding commitments, and provides guidance to departments regarding startup account management. Leads continuous process improvement initiatives through workflow analysis, automation, documentation, and development of standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery. Utilizes financial systems and business intelligence tools to improve reporting, data visualization, operational efficiency, and decision support. Leads special fiscal, operational, and strategic initiatives in support of the Assistant Dean and Dean's Office. Reviews policy and procedures manuals and coordinates changes as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Five (5) years of related work experience.
