Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HUD Certified Housing Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive housing counseling training, testing, and certification consulting services. Your expertise will ensure participants in the HUD housing programs have the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to take variety of HUD Exam. Qualifications Possess current HUD Housing Counseling Certification Certified Housing Counselor with extensive knowledge of HUD industry and lending practices At least Five (5) years experience Degree preferred Duties Consult with Housing Counseling Team on HUD processes Maintain and administer a HUD Housing Counselor examination Leads training, mentoring, and curriculum development for counseling staff Ensuring compliance with HUD regulations Practice exams, training modules and other training resources. Responsible for the oversight and administration of these exams. Compiling, inputting and managing client and other data; preparing program reports and related documentation Maintain accurate records of interactions using property management software Stay current on federal housing policies Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract Pay:

$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

License/Certification:
