Director of Youth Programs Out of School Time and Camp

The YMCA is seeking an experienced Youth Development Director to lead school-age and camp programs at Middleburg Community Charter School, while supporting additional school-based programs across Loudoun County. This role combines hands-on site leadership with the opportunity to support program growth and develop staff across locations. You will be responsible for program quality, team development, and building strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners. With strong organizational support and a focus on leadership development, you'll have the resources to lead effectively and grow your impact over time. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation, Human Services, or related field 3+ years of leadership experience in youth programs, camps, or school-age settings Experience supervising staff and managing program operations Strong understanding of youth development principles Ability to build relationships with families, schools, and community partners Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
