Housing Operations Manager

Overview HealHub Behavioral Health is a recovery-oriented behavioral health clinic serving individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and mental health conditions. Our residential housing program is a critical component of our continuum of care, providing structure, stability, and recovery-focused support. We are seeking a Housing Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our residential housing program. This role is responsible for supervising House Managers and Housing Peer Support staff , ensuring that peer support services are provided consistently, appropriately, and in compliance with Washington State standards . The Housing Operations Manager will ensure housing operations run smoothly, staff are supported and accountable, and housing services align closely with clinical care. This position requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a solid understanding of peer support services within a recovery-based environment . Key Responsibilities Supervise House Managers and Housing Peer Support staff , ensuring required peer support services are delivered to residents Ensure all housing-based peer support services are provided in accordance with Washington State Peer Support standards , agency policies, and ethical guidelines Hold housing staff accountable for professionalism, service delivery, documentation expectations, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Oversee daily operations of residential homes, ensuring properties are clean, safe, structured, and compliant with program standards Support housing staff with day-to-day operational needs and problem-solving Coordinate closely with the Clinic Director and clinical leadership to ensure alignment between housing operations and clinical services Manage client flow within the housing program, including admissions, transitions, and discharges Develop, implement, and improve operational systems to support efficiency, accountability, and program growth Serve as a primary point of contact for housing-related questions from staff, clients, and community partners Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and recovery-oriented practices are maintained at all times Qualifications (Required) Active Washington State Peer Support Specialist credential (required) Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business administration, or a related field (Associate's degree with relevant experience will be considered) Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience , preferably in behavioral health, housing, or human services Demonstrated experience providing or supervising peer support services Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple housing sites, staff, and priorities simultaneously Experience handling confidential and sensitive information Proficient with technology and electronic systems
