Job Description

Overview of the
Position:
Assist in responsibility of all required MROS and product supplies are adequately stocked and ordered. Communicate with vendors and develop good working relationships with an array of suppliers in order ensure timely delivery of purchased products. In addition, store and maintain all required historical negotiation records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist when needed in the purchase of goods for ACI Assist with documentation for the purchasing department Develop relationships with suppliers; may assist in the outside sourcing of manufacturing processes
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must read and write the English language. Should have basic computer software and keyboarding skills. Prior work experience in purchasing helpful but not require. Ability to multi-task in complex environments • Education /
Experience Requirements:
Must have H.S. Diploma or GED 3 months to 2 years ACI experience or related outside experience #
