Responsibilities for a Purchasing Administrator include but are not limited to: + Communicate with vendors and support purchasing operations through vendor calls and follow-ups + Update, create, and manage purchase orders in Oracle while ensuring data accuracy + Maintain and organize electronic purchasing files and documentation + Provide administrative support to the purchasing team and assist with daily workflow Candidates for Purchasing Administrator must meet the following requirements to be considered: + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with strong computer skills + Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent customer service and communication skills + Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment What's in this Purchasing Administrator position for you? +

Pay Details:
