As a leader in the consumer products industry, we continue to provide support, training, and initiatives to foster continued professional growth and career development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily data entry, verifying PO's and price comparison of the POs. Handle import shipments, customs clearance and arrange delivery of shipments. You will have budget control experience with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Handle import shipments, customs clearance and arrange delivery of shipments with carriers. Assist purchasing by obtaining quotations, researching products and services. Compare pricing and services and obtain the best for the company. Entering purchasing data into the systems. Follow up with vendors for any shortage/discrepancy. Confirm orders delivered on time with goods. Review and verify Request of Approval forms and supporting documents submitted by overseas subsidiaries. Follow up requestors and/or authorized personnel as needed to obtain additional information. Make sure ROA is approved on time. Generate reports as requested using Microsoft Excel, Marcola and other systems. Qualifications At least 5 years of office work experience and 3 years' experience in Purchasing Prefer bilingual (Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing) Business-level English communication skills Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in computer including above average Excel skills Experience in Macola a plus Work Schedule Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM onsite.
