In this role, you'll operate tractor-trailers equipped with manual transmissions, hauling refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and other specialized equipment. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries, safe load & unload procedures, and exceptional customer service. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Drive a variety of freight including refrigerated goods, flatbed loads, tankers, and specialized equipment such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks Load and unload cargo efficiently using forklifts or other necessary equipment while following proper safety protocols Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules and maintain timely arrivals at each destination Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate deliveries, share route information, and support overall operational goals Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight documentation, and delivery records in compliance with federal regulations Requirements Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and current medical certification Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery in various environments Proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks with a strong understanding of vehicle controls and safety features Experience hauling refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or specialized equipment such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks is highly preferred Ability to load & unload cargo safely using forklifts or manual methods; prior forklift certification is a plus Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, load securement, and adherence to DOT regulations Strong communication skills for coordinating with dispatch teams and customers Join us as a CDL Class A Team Driver to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering excellence on every route.
