Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Assistant to support our purchasing and operations team in an

ISO/IEC 17025

accredited calibration laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, inventory tracking, and administrative purchasing tasks while ensuring compliance with company and quality management procedures. Responsibilities Create and process purchase orders accurately and timely Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and order status Track incoming shipments and coordinate with shipping/receiving department Maintain purchasing records and vendor files Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment Support calibration and operations teams with material and supply requests Ensure purchasing activities comply with

ISO/IEC 17025

quality procedures Review invoices and assist accounting with discrepancies when needed Follow up on backorders, rush orders, and urgent operational needs Maintain organized documentation and filing systems Qualifications Previous purchasing, procurement, or administrative experience preferred Experience in aviation, calibration, laboratory, or technical environments is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication QuickBooks or ERP experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Bilingual English/Spanish preferred What We Offer Professional and growing work environment Opportunity to work within an ISO accredited laboratory Career growth opportunities Paid holidays and benefits available based on eligibility
