Keep communication with vendors.

Tracks orders and makes purchases order maintains accurate purchase records.

Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy and investigates any issues before contacting vendors.

Keep price List up to date with supplies.

Keep Showroom Displays / Catalogs organized and up to date.

Prepares Quotes. Maintain records of procurement documents, such as purchase orders, proposals.

Follow up and distribute New Leads.

Checks and Answer Emails.

Collaborate with different company departments.
Job QualificationsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Some previous office experiencesMust speak English and Spanish SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication (English and Spanish)Critical thinkingActive listeningStrong writing and grammar skillsCompose memos/emails.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Detail oriented.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent Attitude.

Works well under pressure.

Self-motivated team player.
