•
Procurement & PO Management:
Generate, review, and track purchase orders (POs) from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely receipt of goods and accurate documentation.

Vendor Sourcing & Relations:
Identify, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and lead times; maintain healthy long-term vendor partnerships.

Inventory Control & Forecasting:
Collaborate closely with operations and warehouse/production staff to monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and avoid excess carrying costs.

Cost & Budget Tracking:
Monitor spend trends, verify invoice pricing against quotes/contracts, and resolve billing or delivery discrepancies in coordination with Accounting.

Quality & Performance Monitoring:
Track supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery, defect rates, customer service) and resolve non-conformance issues promptly.

Process Improvement:
Continuously refine purchasing workflows, ERP/system data accuracy, and reorder point parameters to boost operational efficiency.
