Create and update reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents, as needed. Research vendors and collects prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services. Establishes and maintains recordkeeping system for purchasing department. Support the Production Scheduler with the management of raw materials. Performs other duties as assigned. Communicate with all levels of team, including management.

Your profile:

High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of clerical experience preferred. SAP experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to learn purchasing procedures and policies. Ability to type 40 words per minute. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to travel as needed, up to 15% annually
