Job Description

Coilcraft is a successful company that has been in this location for over 70 years, has a worldwide reputation for high-quality passive electronic components. Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, computers, automotive, broadband communications and consumer electronics. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team as a Purchasing Associate! If you enjoy staying organized, working with data, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit. What you'll do: Handle incoming and outgoing transactions Create and manage purchase orders Work with vendors and communicate with team members across the company Provide great customer service (both inside and outside the company) Review and analyze data to help support purchasing needs Stay organized, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple responsibilities What we're looking for: Microsoft Excel and basic computer programs necessary Someone who's motivated, reliable, and can take initiative Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and keep up in a busy environment Physical side of the job: You'll be on your feet at times throughout the day Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs If you like a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team that keeps things moving, we'd love to hear from you!
