Schedule Full-time, onsite position Occasional overtime required during peak periods, primarily during the first two weeks of each month when purchasing and inventory activities are at their highest volume. What You'll Do Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and incoming material receipts Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery Reconcile purchasing documentation and assist with invoice discrepancies Manage invoices through a shared department inbox Partner with plant and operations teams to resolve receiving and material issues Generate reports within the ERP system Maintain pricing and inventory-related data using Excel Assist with inventory reporting, valuation, and record accuracy Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle count activities Support day-to-day purchasing and supply chain administrative functions Why This Role?
