Purchasing Assistant

Knight Global is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Order Entry & Purchasing Assistant to join our team. This role would be ideal for an individual with proficiency in data entry.

Responsibilities:

Enter customer orders accurately into the system Assist with purchasing and placing orders with vendors Maintain organized records of orders and inventory Communicate with team members to ensure timely processing Perform general department administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Proficient in data entry Basic computer skills (typing, email, data entry) Microsoft Suite including Outlook experience is preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Good communication skills Dependable and able to work independently The ideal candidate should be able to work 2-3 days per week, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
