Job Description

Responsibilities:
Assist with purchasing materials and supplies.

Create and process purchase orders.

Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, orders, and delivery schedules.

Monitor inventory levels and help maintain adequate stock.

Update purchasing records and maintain accurate documentation.

Work closely with production, warehouse, and accounting teams to support daily operations.

Help resolve order discrepancies and shipping issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred).Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
