Jr. Supply Chain Planner

PRx Performance is a leader in the design, development, manufacturing and distribution of a broad range of fitness equipment with a strong reputation for quality and customer service. Recent additions to our product offerings and brands have created a significant growth opportunity. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Jr. Supply Chain Planner to join our talented and customer-focused team. PRx is based in Fargo, North Dakota.

Position Summary:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting PRx's purchasing execution and ERP readiness by owning day-to-day purchase order administration, vendor follow-up, and NetSuite maintenance. This role ensures purchased items are created and maintained accurately in NetSuite so that BOMs can be built smoothly, purchasing stays organized, and production has the components needed on time. This is a high-impact execution role that improves operational flow and reduces bottlenecks across Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and send purchase orders in ERP for domestic and assigned international vendors
• Track changes in lead time, pricing, MOQs and availability and communicate impacts to Supply Chain Manager
• Maintain clean documentation and communication threads with suppliers
• Support Supply Chain Manager by keeping supply execution flowing and reducing planning bottlenecks
• Assist with purchased component readiness so work orders are not delayed due to missing parts
• Help track reorder point exceptions and coordinate replenishment actions as assigned
• Assist with work order releases according to the production plan set by the Supply Chain Manager
• Assist in creating item records in ERP using standard operating procedure (SOP) templates
• Support item lifecycle processes including maintenance updates, substitutions, and deactivation requests
• Coordinate with Product Development to ensure newly purchased components are set up correctly and on time
• Assist Product Development with ordering R&D hardware and samples
• Partner with the Manufacturing Engineer to ensure components are available in ERP prior to bill of material builds
• Communicate clearly with Warehouse teams on expected inbound shipments
• Follow SOPs and continuously improve documentation when gaps are found
• Assist with audits of items and purchasing data cleanliness
• Complete other tasks as assigned

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 0-2 years in purchasing, procurement coordination, inventory support, or operations
• ERP experience a plus (NetSuite preferred)
• Highly organized, consistent follow-through, strong attention to detail
• Proficient Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, lookups experience a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills
