- The Medical Sales Performance Administration team is responsible for administering the Medical Sales Incentive Plans. The team builds & maintains sales hierarchies, customer connections to territories, product alignment to sales teams and performance calculations aligned to the strategies outlined in the Medical Sales Incentive Plans. The
- Sr. Specialist, Sales Performance Operations Quality Assurance
- will be responsible for the coding of all USMPD accounts and support with establishing guidelines and create strict processes to ensure accuracy.
- Responsibilities
- + Partner with sales leaders to align territory coding accurately to expectations for the US Medical Product & Distribution (USMPD) business accounts + Work with offshore teams at GenPact to root cause coding requests + Generate meaningful reporting and metrics to be shared with senior sales leaders + Establish and maintain territory coding for the USMPD sales territories including acute, non-acute, and lab sales teams + Build reports using Excel and Alteryx •Qualifications•+ 2+ years of experience, preferred + Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred + Intermediate experience with Excel, required (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc) + Alteryx experience, preferred •What is expected of you and others at this level•+ Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks + Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity + Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve + Applies judgment within defined parameters + Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects + Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy •Location•: This position is remote.

- : $33.00 - $42.39 per hour
